Virtual Training Program Includes:

  • Orientation (1.5 hour initial session done over video call to go over the virtual training program set up, answer client background questions, provide nutrition synopsis, and education on how to implement fitness tools).
  • E-book with secrets to success.
  • Weekly nutrition analysis and coaching
  • Customized number of 60-minute video workout sessions (2-3 per week/8-12 per month is recommended.
  • Honest, constructive feedback from your personal trainer via email.
  • Client homework and necessary program adjustments weekly
  • Constant form and intensity coaching to avoid injury and help achieve maximum benefits during the course of your online personal training.
