Invictus Fitness Trainers

Nicole Renna

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Nicole began her career in personal training. Upon being certified by the International Sports Conditioning Association (ISCA) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) she went on to gain experience as a personal trainer and assistant fitness manager at several gyms before exploring the unique world of executive in-home fitness consulting. The total body transformation process is where she found her true calling and the opportunity to help make the most impact on the lives of others. In collaboration with some of the top fitness professionals, she developed a unique and all-encompassing program that meshes the psychological aspects of body transformation with the nutritional and physical demands to help clients reach their fullest potential.

Nicole has been coaching people to success for over 10 years and her experience is extensive, ranging from boot camps, group workouts, individualized weight loss/gain programs, sports performance, corrective injury therapy, nutrition consultation, and flexibility.

In addition she holds specialized certifications including Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Exercise Specialist (PES), Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) from NASM, which further adds to her fitness knowledge.

“Beyond my accomplishments as a trainer, I am proud to declare that with perseverance, and in spite of occasional pain, I am back to a super active, healthy lifestyle. Not only do I run, and play soccer for fun, but I also serve as a volunteer firefighter in the local area—something I never thought would be possible. Fitness is hardly just a lack of physical discipline, but a mental game as well. When someone commits to working with me, I feel privileged. I help clients realize and achieve not just their health goals, but also their life goals. It is my firm belief that nothing is impossible. I proved that to myself while making it to where I am today.”
